Due to the perishable nature of the products we sell, only unopened items received within the last 14 days are eligible to be returned.
If you need to process a return, please contact us at hello@purekopiluwak.com and we will send you a mailing address you can return your unopened items to. Once your items have been inspected by our team, you’ll receive a refund, minus a $20 restocking fee.
